Sales Engineer

Role Overview

Ridge IT Cyber is seeking a full-time Sales Engineer to be responsible for Lead Generation, Account Management, Communication, Relationship Building and Technical Strategies. Key Responsibilites

  • Build Relationships.
  • Proactively generate new sales opportunities through lead generation, presentations, networking, events, etc.
  • Understand our customers. Collaborate with the Marketing & Operations Teams to target prospects and customers through various digital outlets.
  • Help enhance the client experience by building long-lasting relationships, inspiring trust, and being a thought leader with innovative solutions.
  • Deliver Results.
  • Support a robust sales funnel while leading multiple strategic sales processes, including solution design, financial analysis, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiation.
  • Support and manage a sales pipeline and close complex deals to meet sales targets.
  • Be the SME by demonstrating expert knowledge of the Company and its value proposition through a consultative lens.
  • Work creatively to develop solutions for clients to reach their goals.
  • Analyze and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize new revenue opportunities and drive sales.
  • Be self-motivated and resourceful to resolve issues and lead by example through perseverance.

Qualifications

  • Lead Generation and Account Management skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Relationship-building skills.
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Experience working with cybersecurity products or knowledge of the industry. 
  • Familiarity with CRM software, marketing platforms and sales technologies. 
  • A Master’s Degree is a plus.

Location

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $60k – $90k based on experience and maturity of your book. 
  • Total Compensation (OTE): $160k – $300k+
  • Commission: Uncapped and steady residual commission each year through client renewals.
